Complete

Does it contain the context, constraints, and all the requirements within the scope of a system delivery, including:

  • context of the system (rationale, business case, stakeholders)
  • constraints (time, money, resources, design constraints)
  • functional requirements
  • quality requirements (e.g. ISO 9126)
Consistent
Is it consistent with the scope of the product's delivery and are the individual requirements are consistent with each other?
Structured
Is it structured to demonstrate the coherence and dependencies between individual requirements and its overall scope?
Traceable

Is it uniquely identified and unambiguously related to the scope of the work?

Feasible
Is there at least one design and implementation that can be implemented within the resource constraints?
Concise
Does it contain just the necessary information and is expressed in as few words as possible?
